Weight Presets
How these weights work
These percentages control how much each category counts toward a site's Overall score. The worst-performing category always carries extra weight on top of this mix, so a severely bad Travel score still shows up strongly in Overall even if Travel's weight is set low here. The three built-in presets are fixed and can't be edited; only Admins can create or edit custom presets.
Institution Default Category
You have read-only access — an Admin can change this.
This only matters for one-off coordinates typed directly into a Forecast Risk request that were never saved as a site — every saved site uses its own preset instead (set in the Sites tab). Pick which preset those one-off lookups should use.
Regional Thresholds
Each site's region (wind chill / snowfall bands) is normally auto-detected from its own NWS forecast office. Override only if you want every site at this institution to use one region's thresholds instead.
Sites
Share a site with your whole institution, or keep it private to just you. Private sites stay hidden from other Admins too.
